This partnership means that CLAAS dealers who are on the HBS Systems NetView ECO platform can have a direct link to the CLAAS Parts Inventory Manager, which will allow them a hands-off approach to fulfill and manage parts inventory. This integration will not only save dealers time and money by having the system manage potential inventory needs, but also will allow them to increase both profits and service level by having the part they need in stock right when they need it.
“CLAAS selecting HBS Systems as their first dealer management system partner demonstrated they believed we could quickly and seamlessly ramp up for manufacturer & dealership integration,” said Lynn Reed, Chief Technology Officer.
CLAAS dealerships have been operational on HBS Systems’ NetView ECO platform since late last year. They can view such items as CLAAS part details, available substitution parts, and customizable reports for performance tracking.
“Once we decided to implement our Retail Inventory Management program,” said Christian Buck, Supply Chain Manager at CLAAS, “HBS Systems was the obvious business system choice to start the file integration process with our dealers.”
