HBS systems is a leader in the industry for dealers and is considered by Kubota as the number one qualifying business system to work with their parts programs as well as whole goods and warranty. The functionality, intermingling of departments, reports, and software packages to create a financial statement are geared to customers’ needs.

The accounting system is pretty intuitive. I like how well it integrates with our parts suppliers to keep up with inventory and pricing. I like the e-docs feature and use that all the time.

When we call, we get great customer service. Even if you call in with a “weird” question, if the support team doesn’t know the answer, they will seek it out rather than just pass over it.

HBS Systems customer service is over the top. They have provided training to our team to train new employees and I’d recommend any dealership to look at HBS.

HBS Systems’ fully integrated accounting enabled Badger Contractors Rental & Supply to quickly establish an ROI, as an additional accounting package wasn’t needed for revenue recognition, something that was lacking in the other rental software products we researched.
