The team is easy to do business with and always a phone call away. If I ever do have a problem, it’s resolved. We’ve used HBS Systems since 1994 and I don’t see us ever switching.

The accounting system is pretty intuitive. I like how well it integrates with our parts suppliers to keep up with inventory and pricing. I like the e-docs feature and use that all the time.

I know hosting training offices in both the US and Canada is not cheap, but it sets your company apart. With the support, HBS Systems provides, I do not have a worry in the world.

HBS is easy to use with an intuitive interface and help is always one phone call away. They can remote access the system to see any problems and get them fixed quickly. We’ve used HBS Systems for decades! We carry both Kubota and AGCO and the integration with those manufacturers saves us so much time and money. When it comes to your business system, you get what you pay for. Everyone is worried about the dollars and cents; however, other dealers we know who don’t use HBS don’t have the capabilities we do – costing them more in the end. The team is great to work with too! It’s nice to have long-term knowledge and experience to support us.
