HBS Systems makes it easy to create bills and keep track of inventory.

As a long-term 25-year customer of HBS Systems, we were happy with the software; however, we were lured away from a competitor with a smoke-and-mirrors sales pitch. After switching to the competitor software, it only took about 6 months to figure out we had made a mistake and we switched right back to HBS Systems.

I like being able to easily set up tiles on ActiveDesktop to get quickly into work areas that I need to do my job all on one screen. The simple search feature is great at saving time as well.

The accounting system is pretty intuitive. I like how well it integrates with our parts suppliers to keep up with inventory and pricing. I like the e-docs feature and use that all the time.

The training we received was well worth every penny. Lots of new info that we learned and ways to be more efficient. Best training I have attended.
