It’s been a great partnership and I’d recommend HBS Systems to any dealership. Our inventory is not your normal control system for our equipment sales. We did not want it set up on the “units” side. The HBS Systems team listened to our concerns and assisted in setting it up as we wished on the “parts” side, and it works.

The accounting system is pretty intuitive. I like how well it integrates with our parts suppliers to keep up with inventory and pricing. I like the e-docs feature and use that all the time.

The team is easy to do business with and always a phone call away. If I ever do have a problem, it’s resolved. We’ve used HBS Systems since 1994 and I don’t see us ever switching.

HBS Systems provided system update training live at the dealership with our team to train us. The service after implementation has been amazing as well. The team is very quick to answer support questions and concerns.

HBS Systems’ fully integrated accounting enabled Badger Contractors Rental & Supply to quickly establish an ROI, as an additional accounting package wasn’t needed for revenue recognition, something that was lacking in the other rental software products we researched.

As a long-term 25-year customer of HBS Systems, we were happy with the software; however, we were lured away from a competitor with a smoke-and-mirrors sales pitch. After switching to the competitor software, it only took about 6 months to figure out we had made a mistake and we switched right back to HBS Systems.

We’ve used HBS Systems for decades! We carry both Kubota and AGCO and the integration with those manufacturers saves us so much time and money. When it comes to your business system, you get what you pay for. Everyone is worried about the dollars and cents; however, other dealers we know who don’t use HBS don’t have the capabilities we do – costing them more in the end. The team is great to work with too! It’s nice to have long-term knowledge and experience to support us.

I’d recommend HBS Systems to any equipment dealer; it’s a great system that saves time, decreases errors, and allows our team to improve upon customer service by providing real-time information within the software.
