I love HBS Systems software! It’s not complicated and has all that is needed without too many steps.

The integration of each facet of the dealership: sales, parts, and service. This software allows us to keep track of sales orders, daily parts orders, and customer work-in-process in real-time. We have been on the system for many years and it keeps improving with the dealership personnel in mind. It has also helped increase our efficiency which has led to much better bottom-line profitability for the dealership.

The attention our business got right out of the gate set the bar extremely high, and our training was phenomenal. We immediately benefited from the real-time updates that are crucial when handling our rental customers. NetView Active Desktop allowed us to quickly see our available inventory, status of machines in service, and better understand demand for future planning all on one screen.

I like being able to easily set up tiles on ActiveDesktop to get quickly into work areas that I need to do my job all on one screen. The simple search feature is great at saving time as well.

HBS Systems is very easy to use and easy to get around in. The custom financials make it easy to look at all 13 locations on one consolidated screen, and if needed, I can look at each location for further analysis.

When we call, we get great customer service. Even if you call in with a “weird” question, if the support team doesn’t know the answer, they will seek it out rather than just pass over it.

The entire customer support team makes problems go away so easily. They are a pleasure to work with.

As a long-term 25-year customer of HBS Systems, we were happy with the software; however, we were lured away from a competitor with a smoke-and-mirrors sales pitch. After switching to the competitor software, it only took about 6 months to figure out we had made a mistake and we switched right back to HBS Systems.

I know hosting training offices in both the US and Canada is not cheap, but it sets your company apart. With the support, HBS Systems provides, I do not have a worry in the world.
