HBS is easy to use with an intuitive interface and help is always one phone call away. They can remote access the system to see any problems and get them fixed quickly. The accounting system is pretty intuitive. I like how well it integrates with our parts suppliers to keep up with inventory and pricing. I like the e-docs feature and use that all the time.

When we call, we get great customer service. Even if you call in with a “weird” question, if the support team doesn’t know the answer, they will seek it out rather than just pass over it.

I like being able to easily set up tiles on ActiveDesktop to get quickly into work areas that I need to do my job all on one screen. The simple search feature is great at saving time as well.
